Where does Chloe Watego Art ship from?

All artwork is shipped from our studio in Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Do you offer Australia-wide shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping to all locations within Australia. Whether you’re in the city or a rural area, we’ve got you covered.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer a flat rate for shipping:

– Paintings: starting from $29.95 + GST

– Prints: $11.95 + GST

These rates are applied at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as postal delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. If you’re outside Australia and interested in our artwork, feel free to contact us and we can discuss potential options.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your door.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us or via email. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the address for you.

What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

If you’re not available to receive your order, the delivery company will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange redelivery.
